Canada Spousal Open Work Permit
A Canada spousal open work permit allows the spouse or common-law partner of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to work in Canada for any employer, in any occupation, for the duration of their sponsorship application. This means that the spouse or common-law partner does not need a job offer from a Canadian employer to be eligible for a work permit.
